Work has begun on a $400 million expansion project at Snoqualmie Casino that will include a 210-room luxury hotel, 2,000-seat entertainment and convention center, parking structure, additional casino space, full-service spa, fitness center, indoor pool with outdoor deck, and two new restaurants.

Seattle-based construction consultant Cumming Group announced this week that it and Seattle-based general contractor Skanska have kicked off construction.

The Snoqualmie Tribe announced the project last month. The project is slated for completion in late 2024.

Cumming, which is providing project management, cost, and scheduling consulting services, will be instrumental in making sure the complex, multiphase project is completed within the accelerated timeline despite today’s volatile market, according to the news release. The project totals about 1.2 million square feet of renovations and expansions, including 11,000 square feet of additional casino space.
