Scollard Doyle are pleased to provide cost management services to Marlet Property Group for a number of their residential projects. When completed, ‘Walled Garden’ will provide 142 residential apartments. The development is a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments that offer residents access to a play area and an outdoor gym. Scollard Doyle have been involved since the preliminary design stage of the development.
