Cumming Group, under the name of Prosurv, are appointed as Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultant for the construction of 30 high-quality houses. Phase 1 is the first of four phases, which will collectively include a total of 221 dwellings. The properties are a range of two-, three- and four-bedroom houses in a traditional style with intricate detailing to the external façade. The design has been developed in conjunction with The Prince’s Foundation. Phase 1 was completed in the spring of 2021.
