Deep Roots
Cumming Group was established in the US in 1996 by UK born Finlay Cumming. Delivering superior project management and cost consulting on some of the largest and most significant projects across the United States, the company steadily grew from a handful of team members during its early days to more than 1,400 today. Here in the UK, after merging with three of the country’s most highly regarded property and building consultancies, Cumming Group’s team are comprised of 150 professionals offering bespoke, principal-led services from offices in London, Manchester, Stoke-on-Trent, and Edinburgh. Now operating as one seamless organisation, Cumming Group delivers superior value and problem-solving on a wide range of large and complex schemes.
The Expansion of Cumming Group in the EMEA Region
From 1996, when Finlay Cumming first formed the organisation in the US, up until today, we have worked hard to continuously innovate and evolve.
