Cumming Group’s exceptional growth — nearly doubling in size every three to four years — has been achieved through the company’s continuous focus on our clients and culture, as well as through a series of strategic partnerships and mergers.
Since early 2018, Cumming Group has joined with some of the most successful and widely respected firms across the U.S. and Europe. These companies now operate as standalone divisions of Cumming Group, offering clients in their respective regions increased access to the full extent of Cumming Group’s resources and capabilities, from our deep bench of talented professionals to our expertise across a wide range of sectors and services.
Scollard Doyle
Founded by Michael Scollard and Barry Doyle in 2010, Scollard Doyle is an independent project management and cost consultancy supporting a broad range of clients and sectors across Ireland from its offices in Dublin and Cork. Its director-led approach and deep understanding of the complexity of construction enables Scollard Doyle’s ambitious team to provide services to the highest professional standard. Scollard Doyle merged with Cumming Group in August of 2021.
ChandlerKBS
ChandlerKBS, which merged with Cumming Group in May 2022, is a speciality project management and cost consulting firm headquartered in Cardiff with nine offices spread across mainland Europe. The team offers extensive experience in the infrastructure sector, including water/wastewater, highway and rail, and serves some of the UK’s largest private, public, and utility sector clients. Across mainland Europe ChandlerKBS is particularly strong in the Hospitality sector. From its network of offices, ChandlerKBS has experience of delivering projects across 14 European Countries.
Gallagher
In March 2023, Gallagher merged with Cumming Group. Gallagher is a highly trusted project- and program-management firm providing services to independent school districts, higher education districts, and other government agencies in Texas. Gallagher, a family-owned business, was founded in 1968, and is currently led by Von Gallagher and Lisa Gallagher.
Zubatkin Owner Representation
In December 2023, Zubatkin Owner Representation merged with Cumming Group. Zubatkin is led by Jason Zubatkin and specializes in managing the planning and implementation of capital construction projects for not-for-profit institutions, including museums, performing arts centers, educational facilities, and religious organizations, and currently oversees some of New York City’s most prominent private developments.
The Ridgway Group
Established in 2012 in Los Angeles, The Ridgway Group, led by majority owner and UK-trained quantity surveyor Tom Donkin, specializes in luxury mixed-use, retail, hospitality, and residential projects internationally. The Ridgway Group merged with Cumming Group recently and enhances the diverse portfolio with an impressive array of iconic luxury projects, including Celine Flagship Stores in Miami and Chicago, multiple Dior Stores throughout the USA, the Tiffany & Co. Landmark Store in New York City, and more.
