Bill FoulkesALISO VIEJO, Calif. – Bill Foulkes has been rehired at Cumming to serve as national vice president of healthcare project management. In this newly created position, Foulkes will be responsible for driving Cumming’s national healthcare project management growth, while overseeing its healthcare assignments.

With a diverse project portfolio, Foulkes’ nationwide healthcare facility experience also comprises the full spectrum of project delivery methods, including medical office buildings, surgery centers, wellness centers, sub-acute and acute-care hospitals comprised of Catholic Health Initiatives, Loma Linda University Medical Center, Providence Health & Services, Dignity Health and Kaiser Permanente.

Before returning to Cumming, Foulkes was regional vice president at Hammes Company. He earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Colorado State University and holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in healthcare administration from the University of Colorado. He is an active member in the American College of Healthcare Executives, American Society for Healthcare Engineering and Lean Construction Institute.

Foulkes has more than 25 years of consulting, program and project management experience. He has led teams in the planning, design and construction of numerous types of healthcare facilities. He brings to his position expertise in all phases, including master planning, program planning, design management, construction management and dispute resolution.
