In a city marked by its vibrant culture and lively music scene, a different tune is now resonating as Nashville breaks ground on a transformative project aimed at tackling its affordable housing crisis. Highly anticipated, the Ben Allen Ridge will be an affordable housing community situated on 11 acres in East Nashville at 301 Ben Allen Road and promises to bring additional housing options to the booming city.

Providing project and construction management services on behalf of The Clear Blue Company, a private equity firm dedicated to solving the affordable housing crisis, Cumming Group and its local team of experts are passionate about delivering an exceptional residential community within a tight 24 months.

Ben Allen Ridge will consist of seven residential buildings, offering a total of 238 units, as well as a clubhouse featuring a state-of-the-art business center to help support residents’ educational and occupational aspirations. Rent at this development will be within reach for individuals and families earning 60% or less of Nashville’s median income. Going a step further, five units will be reserved for tenants making 30% or below the median income, with an additional five units reserved for those individuals experiencing situational homelessness, addressing the acute need for housing among the city’s most vulnerable populations.

Designed by Nashville-based EOA Architects, with Bacar Construction serving as the general contractor, the Ben Allen Ridge affordable housing community promises to be a well-executed and transformative endeavor.
