Cumming Group offers a program for UK university graduates aiming to start their careers in America. The program begins with a year of on-the-job training in our Scotland office, where participants work on a variety of U.S. projects. This experience includes both instructional training and direct hands-on involvement, under the guidance of experienced mentors from our UK Graduate Program team.

While based in Scotland, participants gain insights into U.S. markets, costs, and work practices, with access to mentors across the company. We also assist with the visa process. After completing the initial year and securing a visa, participants transition to a QS or cost management role in one of our established U.S. offices, which include locations such as Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, New York, and Chicago.
