San Diego-based Cumming Corp., a project management and cost consulting firm, has completed its multiphase cost management leadership reorganization of its West Coast offices.

The company said it decided to restructure to better position itself for continued growth, after recording a double digit year-over-year increase in revenue during the past fiscal period.

David Baird was promoted to vice president and has assumed overall responsibility for cost management services in the West region. He is also tasked with expanding the firm’s presence in key growth markets throughout the West.

Scott Feeney was brought on board to lead the operations of the firm’s office in Orange County as managing director. Feeney is a member of the American Society for Professional Estimators and is an expert in construction cost estimating, from preconstruction through project closeout.

Ashok Patel has been relocated from Orange County to the firm’s San Diego office as managing director to lead the cost management team. Patel is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Alan Plummer was promoted to lead the region’s health care, hospitality, commercial, educational and gaming sector projects in the greater Denver-area.

Mark Fergus was brought on to serve as the managing director of the Los Angeles office. He is a senior cost professional with an extensive portfolio of work on the across the United States, United Kingdom, Middle East and Asia.

Brooks Rehkopf is now the managing director in Sacramento.
