Cumming Group, an international project management and cost consultancy, is pleased to announce the full integration and rebranding of the ChandlerKBS infrastructure division—marking a major step in the firm’s continued growth across the United Kingdom and Europe.Renowned for delivering superior value and expert problem-solving on a wide range of large and complex schemes, Cumming Group is cementing its position as a trusted partner in shaping the built environment.

When ChandlerKBS joined Cumming Group in 2022, the merger expanded the team from 1,400 to 1,600 professionals. Today, the combined firm is more than 2,700 strong, operating from more than 60 offices internationally, including 22 across the UK and Europe. This steady growth reflects the increasing demand for an independent advisor focused exclusively on delivering expert project and cost management services.

The rebrand follows last year’s successful integration of ChandlerKBS’ real estate division and further strengthens Cumming Group’s ability to support infrastructure programs throughout the region. “This rebrand consolidates our long-term vision to further grow our infrastructure business across the UK and Europe,” said Craig Maunder, Chief Executive Officer, UK and Europe. “We’re expanding on the strong legacy of ChandlerKBS by scaling our regional capabilities and continuing to deliver the consistent, high-quality service our infrastructure and real estate clients rely upon.”

For more than 30 years, ChandlerKBS has provided expert project and cost management services across the UK, Ireland and Europe. Since joining Cumming Group, the infrastructure team has expanded its reach—growing by an average of 20% year on year. This growth has opened newopportunities for employment and team-member career advancement, including a newapprenticeship programme designed to create the next industry leaders. The division has also expanded its reach into the energy sector, alongside its support of existing sectors in water, highways, rail, mass transit, utilities, and aviation.

Led by Managing Directors John Gavigan and Simon Parkhouse, the ChandlerKBS infrastructure team has built a strong reputation for its delivery-focused approach and deep sector expertise. The division’s significant growth across the North West of England and Ireland has resulted in the establishment of new offices in Manchester and Dublin as well as expansion of existing offices in Cardiff, London and Belfast – ensuring client relationships can be fully supported and developed.

“We’re excited to complete our integration with Cumming Group, which enhances both our capabilities and the breadth of services we offer clients across multiple sectors and geographies,” said John Gavigan, Managing Director and Infrastructure Sector Lead. “Our leadership and team will continue to deliver thehigh levels of expertise and individual attention our infrastructure clients have come to expect – now backed by the additional resources of Cumming Group.”
