Washington D.C. (Feb. 14, 2022) – Cumming, an international construction consultancy, announced that it has appointed tenured industry professional, Steven Griffiths, to run its growing Washington D.C. office. With double-digit growth expected in his first year, Griffiths is relocating from Cumming’s budding London office and will be tasked with overall client and team member responsibilities as well as overseeing all project phases from construction concept to final fit-out.
“A proven and experienced leader, Steven is poised to successfully lead the Washington D.C. team into its next chapter,” said Sean McDermott, Regional Director at Cumming. “With more than 20 years of experience managing large-scale design and construction projects, Steven is a creative problem-solver with a unique holistic project perspective.”
Griffiths’ experience includes complex ground-up developments, major re-engineering works, demolition, retrofit, interior buildouts, restoration, and groundworks assignments. He has an innate grasp of business and financial project issues, and the ability to cultivate strong business relationships with all stakeholders.
