With projects still booming in Colorado’s busy Mountain Region, Cumming’s Denver-based team opened a new office in Avon earlier this month, providing dedicated onsite support to numerous ongoing assignments across Vail and surrounding communities. A team of Cumming’s highly experienced construction professionals will now be based out of Avon to provide industry-leading project management, cost management, estimating, and scheduling services as the region continues to focus on development.
Despite the global pandemic, the Mountain Region has continued to move forward with many of its planned development projects across a wide variety of construction sectors. To help meet client needs, Cumming has steadily dedicated additional resources to the region and added top industry experts to its team. The leading construction consultancy has provided support to numerous local projects, including Vail Health’s West Wing Hospital Expansion, the Winter Park Public Transit Operations Facility, and Aspen Ski Company’s Limelight Hotel.
