Cumming Relocates to New Downtown Los Angeles Space to Support Nationwide Growth Strategy

LOS ANGELES – (August 13, 2013) – Cumming, an international project management and cost consulting firm, announced today it has moved its Los Angeles-based team from its Figueroa Street office into a new, modernized space downtown. A sign of the company’s continue success in the greater Los Angeles region, the move has been undertaken to accommodate future growth, provide a more open office plan to help foster collaboration and strength the company’s culture. The new 10,500-square-foot office is located at 523 West 6th Street in the historic PacMutual Building.

• Lisa Sachs – an award-winning Program/Project and Construction Management professional with more than 25 years experience on large building construction programs, including leadership roles on the Los Angeles Unified School District and Los Angeles Community College District programs, two of the largest school bond programs in the United States.
• David Bader – who has more than 25 years of construction industry experience, has extensive experience as a general contractor, owner-builder, and owner’s representative. During the past two decades, David has applied his field-based knowledge towards successful claims analysis and resolution.
• Brad Bolger – who brings more than 30 years of experience helping Owners build and manage collaborative teams for delivery of their capital development programs. Brad’s portfolio includes municipal and superior courthouses, the Disney Concert Hall, academic campus buildings, and a focus on healthcare facilities, serving as Principal-in-Charge of several billion dollar hospital replacement programs in the US and Middle East.
• Anthony Sanchez – a seasoned construction management professional responsible for managing capital improvement projects and programs throughout California for the majority of the company’s education and municipal project management assignments. Anthony has been directly responsible for managing over $14 billion worth of K-12 and community college capital bond programs as well as other construction programs and projects in the region.
• Philip Mathur – with more than 24 years of experience in the construction industry, Philip provides budgeting and estimating support at the early programming and conceptual phases of projects when accuracy is most critical to project success. Philip’s experience includes a variety of project types including hospitality, educational, mixed-use, healthcare and government facilities with budgets ranging from less than $1 million to more than $1 billion.
• Asif Parkar – with more than 17 years of experience in construction cost estimating across a variety of disciplines. With an emphasis on themed entertainment, Asif has worked for industry leaders such as Disney and Universal, along with a number of highly regarded creative design and architecture teams. His project portfolio is international in scope and includes recent projects in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
