“With an education sector portfolio of nearly $10 billion and a track record of surpassing our client’s goals, we pride ourselves on our ethical project oversight and ability to deliver quality, while being on-time and on-budget,” said Debbie Murray, Director of Education Project Management at Cumming.

Murray and Bill Rodgers, Managing Principal & Senior Economist, from San Diego-based Cumming, along with other industry experts will be discussing topics ranging from bond financing to facilities master planning.
