SAN DIEGO – (March 5, 2015) – Cumming, an international project management and cost consulting firm, will be presenting at the San Diego County Taxpayers Association’s (SDCTA) School Bond Certification Program Friday, March 13, 2015. The SDCTA’s annual fact-based program will educate potential proponents, elected officials, public sector managers and local taxpayers on what it takes to deliver a cost-effective, transparent, legally compliant and successful school bond.

The School Bond Certification Program will be held on Friday, March 13 from 11am to 4pm at the offices of the San Diego County Apartment Association, 5675 Ruffin Road, San Diego, CA.
