SACRAMENTO – (Nov. 5, 2013) – Cumming, an international project management and cost consulting firm, announced today Director Christine Marez will be presenting on a panel at the 20th Annual Community College Facility Coalition Conference in Sacramento this week.

The 45 minute Lessons Learned from Big Bond Programs, Part 2 workshop will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 6 at the Sacramento Convention Center, West Lobby.

Responsible for many of the organizational, procedural, and system changes for the Los Angeles Unified School District and Los Angeles Community College District bond programs, Marez will discuss what led to the implementation of program-wide practice and process changes. She will be joined by Pablo Manzo, Associate Vice-Chancellor, Los Rios Community College District, on the panel.

The Community College Facility Coalition (CCFC) was formed for the purpose of providing advocacy for facilities issues and providing critical information and services to community college districts and their business partners on facility matters.
