BETHESDA, MD (January 23, 2013) – Cumming, an international project management and cost consulting firm, today announced the addition of Daniel Pomfrett to its growing Washington, DC team. Daniel joins Cumming as a Senior Cost Manager with responsibility for servicing the company’s East Coast clients. Daniel will lead our efforts on all aspects of cost management from concept phase through close-out. His will primarily focus on the federal, higher education, healthcare, and hospitality markets. In addition, Daniel will leverage his extensive experience in museums, cultural centers and historic building projects to help Cumming expand into these areas.

Daniel brings more than 15 years of industry experience to Cumming and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Prior to joining Cumming, Daniel was a leading part of the cultural sector for a large London-based QS firm. His international portfolio includes highly noted projects such as A Cultural Quarter in Abu Dhabi, London Bridge Place, and the Royal Observatory Greenwich with its new Planetarium. His high-profile clients include international architects, museum owners in China, Scandinavia and the Middle East, government-run cultural institutions, and private developers.
