Vidaurri Management Group (VMG), a Fort Worth–based owner’s representation and project management firm, has merged with Cumming Group. VMG builds on Cumming Group’s established Texas team of more than 250 professionals.

Founded in 2016, VMG delivers projects across a wide range of sectors, including municipal, K-12/higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, aviation, entertainment, hospitality, multi-family, mixed-use, and corporate. VMG is led by Co-Founder Jon Vidaurri, who brings more than 40 years of experience in the built environment, during which he has managed a wide range of programs shaping the DFW Metroplex – from hospitals and police stations to shopping centers and mixed-use developments.

The merger strengthens Cumming Group’s position in one of the nation’s most active construction markets. Dallas-Fort Worth generates over $40 billion in annual construction activity, with Fort Worth ranking among the fastest growing U.S. cities and Texas leading the country in population growth. This growth is driving sustained demand for project types that Cumming Group is deeply experienced in managing, such as infrastructure, healthcare, education, and municipal facilities. Favourable economic, policy, and energy conditions across Texas are also driving growth in the advanced technologies sector, which is a key focus for Cumming Group.
