Cumming Gallagher is currently overseeing La Porte ISD’s $235 million 2023 bond program. This 105,416 sq. ft. comprehensive initiative encompasses a stadium replacement, an education center, a field house, renovations and additions to Lomax Junior High and La Porte High School, as well as district-wide technology upgrades.
