Cumming, an international project management and cost consultancy, has announced its merger with Dublin-based Scollard Doyle. In adding one of Ireland’s leading independent cost and project management companies, Cumming continues to expand its presence throughout the EMEA region.

Scollard Doyle services numerous high-profile private and public sector clients across Ireland, including University College Dublin, Vodafone, EY, Irish Stock Exchange, Allied Irish Bank, the Dublin Airport Authority, and the Central Bank of Ireland, among many others.

“Ireland has continued to have a very competitive economy over the years, and we see the potential for tremendous growth by leveraging Scollard Doyle’s unmatched reputation and expertise,” said Finlay McLay, COO at Cumming. “We could not be more excited to welcome the Scollard Doyle team into our growing EMEA family. The natural alignment of our services, sectors, and culture will allow for even greater client support as we continue to heavily invest in our international operations.”

Established in 2010, founders Michael Scollard and Barry Doyle have created a specialized, high-end cost and project management consultancy that takes pride in consistently delivering complex construction assignments across numerous sectors. Scollard Doyle is headquartered in Dublin with a second office in Cork.

“Our team’s hands-on approach, vast experience, and deep understanding of complex construction projects drives our success and has helped establish a reputation that aligns well with Cumming,” said Michael Scollard, co-founder at Scollard Doyle.
