Lisa C. Sachs, a Managing Principal at Cumming since 2008, is the CMAA’s 2021 Person of the Year. According to the CMAA, “This award is given annually to an industry leader who has made significant contributions on behalf of the construction management industry.” Ms. Sachs was selected, along with other 2021 Industry Excellence Award winners, by a panel of judges tasked with reviewing each nomination and carefully choosing the best candidate in each category.

This recognition is the latest in a long line of professional accomplishments for Ms. Sachs, who is also a Registered Architect, a Certified Construction Manager, an AIA Fellow, and a member of the CMAA College of Fellows.

All of this year’s award-winners will be honored at CMAA2021, which is being held September 12-14, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. You can view the full list of winners here.
