Cumming, an international project management and cost consulting firm, promoted Jeremy Holt to serve as managing director, cost management for the firm’s Columbia, Charleston and Fort Mill offices.

Holt will be responsible for overseeing all cost management assignments within South Carolina and will lead service line growth initiatives throughout the entire Southeast region.

Holt has more than 16 years of professional experience in construction, cost and program management, ranging from small renovations to large multi-building campuses. Since joining Cumming in 2007, Holt has managed $705 million in cost estimating and cost management services on all Cumming projects under its Charleston County School District Program.

He has also provided estimates, constructability reviews, change order proposals, facilities studies and master planning programs for numerous educational programs throughout South Carolina, including the University of South Carolina, Clemson University, College of Charleston, Horry County School District, Dillon School District, Georgetown School District and Lexington School District, among many others.
