Demonstrating robust client-first performance, the construction consultancies witnessed a 30% surge in business statewide, marking a significant year-over-year increase. Due to this success, they are now operating out of four strategically located dual-branded offices in key growth centers. Establishing additional offices in Ft. Worth, Waco, and Houston within the past year has strengthened the firms’ local presence to 218 team members.  The client-focused workforce has allowed Cumming Group and Gallagher Construction Company to greatly expand client resources through growth and strategic partnerships.

Gallagher Construction Company, with more than five decades of collective local experience, is currently led by President, Jeff Fisher. Additionally, Cumming Group’s Brian Nicholson, founder of Waco-based Intrepid Group, which merged with Cumming Group in 2023, is dedicated to providing client-first management on all private sector assignments in Texas.  Von Gallagher, head of Texas operations, actively leads the two brands across the State.  Under his leadership, Gallagher Construction Company has completed more than $4 billion in construction projects and continues to increase its industry presence.  In his current role, Mr. Gallagher pursues a daily initiative to drive the value, growth, and client satisfaction throughout Texas for legacy and new clients alike.
