Kicking off the new year with a bang, Cumming’s Seattle team will be moving into a new and much larger office space that is well-appointed to serve as the international firm’s North American Headquarters.

Located at 601 Union Street in Suite 1825, the new office boasts stunning Puget Sound views, top-notch onsite amenities, and an ideal Downtown location next to several popular coffee shops and restaurants. Not only did the growing international construction consultancy need a new space worthy of being called its North American Headquarters, but Cumming’s recent and sustained growth throughout the Pacific Northwest region demanded significantly more square footage to accommodate the new team members.

The iconic Two Union Square building also provides team members with much easier freeway access, upgraded technology throughout the entire new office, and larger executive-level meeting spaces.
