Peter Millett brings nearly four decades of leadership experience within the built environment, having held senior roles with Tier 1 principal contractors and also with Jaguar Land Rover where he led their global manufacturing expansion. More recently, he has delivered major mission-critical data centre and advanced manufacturing projects, further establishing his reputation for operational excellence in complex, high-performance environments. 

Steven Crosby joins with an equally impressive background, having held commercial leadership positions across both consultancy and contractor organisations. With project delivery experience spanning the UK, Europe, and Canada, Steven offers valuable global insight and commercial strategy expertise, strengthening our capacity to lead and deliver at scale. 

Together, Peter and Steven bring complementary skill sets and a shared focus on innovation and client value, positioning Cumming Group at the forefront of the Hi-Tech sector. Their combined leadership will support our growth across the UK and European markets.
