The Seminar Group has assembled a diverse group of top Construction Law Professionals who practice in and understand the issues of complex public and private construction in California and nationally. This seminar will cover critical-path schedule and delay concepts and principles with an emphasis on the likely effect of Covid-19. In particular, the seminar will focus on analyzing Covid-19 delay events, measuring and quantifying disruption and acceleration claims resulting from Covid-19’s global effects, and practical advice for contractors on how to preserve and build Covid-19 claims and for owners on how to contain or rebut Covid-19 claims.
