Cumming Group provided enhanced project monitoring services for a major lender, which included ongoing monthly reporting and comprehensive due diligence through the signing of the loan agreement, ensuring the successful development of this spectacular high-rise — a 900-foot, 70-story building housing 385 condominiums.

As the first residential building in the new Hudson Yards area in New York City, it is adjacent to the High Line and connected to Culture Shed, New York City’s new avant-garde cultural facility.  15 Hudson Yards was designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro and David Rockwell in collaboration with Ismael Leyva Architects.
