Developer Vanbarton Group engaged Cumming Group as one of the first consultants on 15 Laight Street,  a conversion of two existing buildings into a new, Class-A 100,000 square feet boutique office building targeting LEED Gold Certification. Our team managed the project on Vanbarton’s behalf, leading consultant selection and providing on-site leadership. The building features a seamless indoor/outdoor space with a terrace and accessible rooftop with views of Manhattan and the Hudson River.
