Cumming Group provided project management services for the 25 Kent project, which was the first ground-up commercial office building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, in more than five decades. Spanning a full-block and eight stories, the project includes more than 600,000 square feet of office space, more than 40,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and a landscaped rooftop terrace with outdoor seating and unimpeded views of the Manhattan skyline. The building’s amenities include a 275-car parking garage, Tesla charging stations, a fitness center, and more.
