American Dream Meadowlands is a retail and entertainment destination in the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Cumming Group provided project management services on behalf of the Triple Five Group, as well as site-based cost management services, including estimating, value engineering, change order control, and claims management. Our efforts in these areas produced significant cost savings for the owner. The complex includes entertainments and attractions such as a large Ferris wheel, an NHL-sized indoor ice rink, an indoor Nickelodeon Universe theme park, an indoor DreamWorks-themed water park, a performing arts and concert venue that seats up to 3,000 people, an 18-hole miniature golf course, a Cinemex dine-in 4D movie theater, a KidZania entertainment center, a Lucky Strike bowling alley, a Legoland Discovery Center, and a Sea Life Aquarium. The complex also contains more than 450 stores, including six anchor retail tenants, 12 additional major retailers, 339 smaller shops, 21 restaurants, 45 specialty food retailers, and a kosher food hall.
