Sunstone Hotel Investors selected Cumming Group to manage the transformation of the Andaz Miami Beach. Previously known as the Confidante Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida, an extensive renovation was led by EoA Group’s Malcolm Berg, with a dedicated team of architects and interior designers. The renovation includes modernization of all guest rooms and suites, expanding the mix of hotel suites, and redesigned lobby and restaurants.

The updated hotel offers a refreshed swimming pool area featuring an innovative movable floor that converts the upper pool into a multi-purpose outdoor event space, modern spa, and fitness centers, along with reimagined meeting and event spaces. This comprehensive renovation and repositioning reflects the unique sense of style the Andaz brand offers guests in a luxurious and contemporary Miami Beach experience.
