The Breidenbacher Hof in Düsseldorf, once a symbol of European luxury, closed in 1999 after falling into disrepair. After the demolition of the derelict building, it was officially reopened in May 2008. Cumming Group was appointed as the employer’s representative for the full redevelopment, providing comprehensive cost and project management services, site supervision, and FF&E procurement. The project transformed the site into a 95-bed luxury hotel, complete with retail spaces, commercial offices, penthouse apartments, basement car parking, and a health club.
