Cumming Group has been assisting the Cambrian School District with comprehensive planning, program development and construction management services since 2003, managing two bond programs valued at $105M. Cumming Group assisted the District with obtaining state matching funds of $15M. Cumming Group led development of the facility assessment and master plan to obtain successful approval of the 2014 Measure I Bond Campaign. The highlight of the program was the reopening of the shuttered Steindorf ES to create a model K8 STEAM school for the District.
