Cumming Group provided cost services to Carrier Johnson + Culture, the architect for this new $55 million, 101,600-sq.-ft. project, which is situated on a nine-acre site and includes a new City Hall and administration building. The Civic Center complex is also home to an emergency operations center, council chambers/performing arts center, a community center, a senior center, a 186-stall parking deck, parking lots, and more. The Civic Center will serve as Lake Forest’s “100-year home” and will be the civic heart and social center of the City.
