Cumming Group served as the owner’s representative for City of Northglenn’s new City Hall, expanding our successful relationship after the Phase 1 Recreation Center Project. The City Hall, spanning 32,600 square feet, houses all divisions, departments, services, and the City Council Chambers. It is a Net Zero facility, generating its own energy while embodying Northglenn’s environmental commitment. It is Colorado’s first municipal building with CORE Green Building Rating certification, signifying its dedication to top-notch sustainable design and construction. The City Hall boasts two spacious public lobbies for community engagement and access to services, as well as two versatile community rooms for public gatherings. Furthermore, rooftop solar panels have been integrated to reduce its carbon footprint and promote sustainability.
