When Columbia Gorge Community College sought to build two new buildings on their campus in The Dalles, they turned to Cumming Group to serve as project manager. Cumming Group is currently guiding the college through all stages of construction for the project, coordinating everything from the pre-design stage and firm selection to construction close-out for the two concurrent projects.

The project will include design and construction of a new skills center with a water testing laboratory, a student housing building, and a future tennis center of excellence. Despite a limited timeline and tight budget, the project is on-track – currently completing the design development stage.
