Cumming Group has been providing Cost Management services for the National Transport Authority’s BusConnects Dublin programme since 2018. 

As part of the Authority’s major investment to transform public transport across the Dublin region, BusConnects aims to deliver a more reliable, efficient and sustainable bus network for the city, its people and the environment. The programme involves the redesign and construction of 12 core bus corridors (122km) linking urban centres across Greater Dublin to the city centre, alongside new ticketing systems, cashless payments, simplified fare structures, and improved facilities for cyclists and pedestrians. 

We have supported the National Transport Authority through all stages of delivery, providing cost estimating, optioneering, cost analysis and risk management to ensure the successful implementation of this city-wide transport enhancement programme.
