Cumming Group was retained to complete a detailed Due Diligence Report for the Four Seasons Hotel & Residences One Dalton during Pre-Development that included Design Development estimate and reconciliation with the General Contractor.  Our team remained on the project through to completion providing independent project status reports that tracked all Key Performance Indicators on the project, including schedule, budget, and permitting.

The property is a 61-story tower that dominates the skyline of Back Bay. The property boasts a 225-room hotel and 160-unit luxury residences, offering temporary and long-term accommodation options. Guests arriving at the hotel are welcomed through a ground-level lobby featuring a covered Porte cochere for convenient drop-offs and pick-ups. The property offers diverse dining experiences, including the world-renowned Japanese izakaya-inspired restaurant, Zuma. The project was completed in 2019.
