Cumming Group provided both project monitoring and project management services for the new 40-story Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences in Nashville. The full-service luxury hotel includes 232 guest rooms, a grand ballroom, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and corporate meeting spaces. In parallel, our team managed the development of 143 high-end condominium units, which feature a private residential lobby, residence lounge, media room, rooftop garden, and a shared pool deck connecting the residential and hotel amenities.

Initially engaged to provide project monitoring, Cumming Group was later brought on in a project management capacity to help bring the development through completion. As the project neared its final phases, our team played a critical role in driving the project over the finish line—resolving outstanding construction and coordination issues, managing closeout procedures, and ensuring a seamless handover to ownership. The hotel officially opened in November 2022.
