Cumming Group provided independent project monitoring services for the $500 million redevelopment of the historic 33-story World Trade Center in New Orleans into the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences. The 774,330 square foot project includes a 341-key luxury hotel and 92 high-end condominium units. Owners of the fully serviced residences enjoy access to all of the hotel’s amenities, including an outdoor pool located on a new five-story podium, spa facilities, a fitness center, and full concierge and valet services. The building also features two hotel-operated restaurants and a public observatory spanning the top two floors. Cumming Group’s role focused on delivering objective oversight and regular reporting on project budget, schedule, and quality performance on behalf of the owner.
