The Grant Thornton Cork office is located in Penrose Dock. The tenants have access to a variety of on-site amenities, including a café / wine bar, a gym, a rooftop terrace, car parking spaces, and changing rooms. This project was successful and achieved maximum occupancy with high-end furnishings.  Cumming Group also provided Tenant Representation services on this project.
