The project on the brownfield site at Grove Crescent, previously occupied by a builders’ merchants, aims to significantly enhance housing capacity for students in Stratford. The proposed 12-storey building will offer 397 student beds and is targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. Alongside the accommodation, the development will include over 2,000 square metres of office space and ground floor retail areas, creating a vibrant mixed-use space that supports the local community and student population.
