Our scope of work included the refurbishment of 600 guestrooms and public areas. We were responsible for overseeing technical assessments, managing project timelines and costs, and supervising all construction activities. In addition, we handled the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to enhance the hotel’s overall appeal and elevate the guest experience. By ensuring every aspect of the project was carefully managed, we delivered a revitalised hotel that offers both luxury and comfort, providing guests with an exceptional stay in one of Berlin’s most iconic locations.
