Appointed to develop the capital allowances claim for the refurbishment expenditure at the Hilton Metropole Hotel in Brighton, this task involved assessing and documenting all eligible expenditures associated with the refurbishment activities. Our focus was on identifying costs related to upgrading and enhancing the hotel’s facilities, including improvements to infrastructure, renovations of guest rooms and common areas, and the installation of new fixtures and fittings.
