The Judicial Council of California set out on an ambitious task to retrofit 100+ Civil and Criminal California Courthouses under its management. The JCC selected Cumming Group to handle project management and construction oversight services for the replacement and upgrade to LED lighting systems at 22 of these courthouses, as well as management oversight to the California Conservation Corps (CCC) installation team. To help the Judicial Council find alternative methods of utility energy cost reductions, Cumming prepared a solar feasibility study to prove viability of alternative energy options and provides commissioning services.
