Cumming Group provided schedule review and project statusing for this new 200,000-sq.-ft. hospital campus. Our team initiated and managed a rescheduling and schedule implementation program that resulted in time and cost savings on the project’s first phases, including a central plant, an outpatient surgery center, and required site improvements. We assessed the contractor’s time- and labor-related claims on the project and successfully negotiated settlement of all of those claims on a global basis – extending through the completion of the remaining phases of the project. Additionally, we provided schedule oversight on a multi-story medical office building.
