This 190 million Euro project is a major entertainment district in Berlin of 70,000m2 built area. The centre comprises a concert hall for 4.500 spectators, a multiplex cinema with 14 screens, a 28-lane bowling centre, 9,000 m2 of commercial office areas, two separate hotels with 372 rooms, 22 independent F+B outlets and car parking for 400 cars. Cumming Group provided full cost and project management services from project inception to completion.
