Cumming Group were appointed to provide Client & Brand Representative services as well as Technical Services Assistance for an impressive hotel standing 89 meters tall.

This landmark features 264 guest rooms, including 30 luxurious suites, along with extensive amenities such as a ballroom, large conference facility, restaurant, private dining areas, executive lounge, outdoor terraces, and a wellness area. The hotel’s design, conceptualised by local architects Miller & Maranta, and interior crafted by Matteo Thun from Milan, seamlessly blends Swiss elegance and comfort with timeless design classics.

Our role focused on ensuring that the client’s vision and brand standards were meticulously represented throughout the project.  Working closely with architects, designers, and contractors, we aimed to maintain the integrity of the design while optimising functionality and guest experience across all areas of the property.
