Cumming Group provided construction management services for this new 176,532-sq.-ft. middle school located on a 39.3-acre site at the intersection of Blythewood and Muller Roads in Blythewood, South Carolina. The campus, which features a 15,000-sq.-ft. courtyard, can accommodate up to 1,050 students and has a core capacity to support 1,300 students.
