Cumming Group provided the cost management and fund monitoring services for the Munich City Tower which was the first speculative office tower in Munich offering high-rise space to non- owner occupiers.

The project comprised a new build 22 storey office development, offering transparent office space and unprecedented views of the Bavarian Alps. The office space is flexible and can be transformed from open plan space into creative multifunctional rooms.

Whilst the tower is fully air conditioned, the provision of the double façade allows the internal windows to be opened to provide an option for “natural ventilation”.
